According to CoinMeta, the UAE has introduced new value-added tax (VAT) regulations for cryptocurrency payments related to business activities. Enterprises are required to convert the value of digital currencies into dirhams for disclosure in their tax filings, following a three-step process. Additionally, companies must keep records of each exchange rate used. The approved platforms include Binance, Bybit, Deribit, Bitget, and Payward.
