According to CoinMeta, based on the monitoring by Bitcoin News, among the 4200 BTC coins associated with a peg-out transaction by Liquid Network, approximately 4000 coins were transferred. Subsequently, a message attached to another transaction stated: "We are white-hats; please contact us through on-chain methods."
