Glassnode: Bitcoin holders have shifted to net selling, with significant selling pressure from whales
2026-09-07 18:03:08
According to CoinMeta, data from Glassnode shows that the overall group of Bitcoin wallet holders has currently shifted to net selling, with the cumulative trend score dropping to 0.37, which is the first time such a widespread distribution has been observed since early June. Among them, the selling pressure from whales holding at least 1,000 BTC is the most pronounced. Meanwhile, BTC continues to be hindered by a selling pressure zone around $83,000 and has fallen below $80,000. However, there is hope that it will break above the 50-day moving average and cross above the 200-day moving average to form a "golden cross," providing technical support in the short term.
