According to CoinMeta, as reported by Coindesk, the Spanish cryptocurrency exchange bit2me has established an independent department bit2shield to serve the police, courts, and financial institutions. By 2025, bit2me had already handled 1.5 million euros in seized cryptocurrency assets for organizations such as Interpol and Europol.
