According to CoinMeta, Avalanche announced that AAVE will launch an institutional-oriented RWA Hub on its network, allowing users to borrow stablecoins using tokenized financial assets as collateral without the need to sell the underlying assets. The USAT of Tether will serve as one of the main sources of US dollar liquidity for this market and become one of its first important institutional use cases. Avalanche stated that since AAVE V4 was launched two months ago, it has attracted over $20 million in deposits in Avalanche.
