According to CoinMeta, Justin Sun has launched a $1 million mathematics award aimed at rewarding problem solvers and participants who convert proofs into machine-verifiable formats. The award will reward solutions to 66 mathematical problems and formally verifiable proofs. Researchers from OpenAI have become among the first recipients for their work on the Navier-Stokes problem. This initiative combines mathematics, artificial intelligence, and formal verification, allowing humans, artificial intelligence systems, and human-artificial intelligence teams to compete without the need for academic qualifications.
