According to CoinMeta, the US-listed mining company powercompute has fully repaid the Bitcoin mortgage loans owed to arch and lending. arch sold 267.3 of the 307 BTC held to repay $22.45 million in principal and interest; the remaining 39.6 BTC have been returned to powercompute. After the repayment, the secured debt of powercompute was reduced from $19.4 million to $1.25 million. As of September 25th, it holds 62 BTC and will be withdrawing from its leveraged Bitcoin treasury strategy.
