Ashley was arrested on September 25, 2026, for grand larceny, and court records show that she was released on bail of $15,000 on the same day. Her lawyer filed a not-guilty defense. The victim reported the fraud on August 7, 2026; the two Bitcoin deposits on that day totaled approximately 0.0655 BTC (about $4,209) and 0.1063 BTC (about $6,832).
