According to CoinMeta, the drift Foundation announced the progress of a security incident that occurred on April 1st, in which approximately $295.4 million in assets were stolen. The Mandiant identified the attackers as belonging to the North Korean threat organization UNC6862. Of the stolen funds, about 130,259 ETH were dispersedly stored; among these, 107,200 ETH have not yet been transferred, while 23,094 ETH have been transferred to Tornado Cash. Currently, about $9.2 million of the stolen funds have been frozen. The foundation is cooperating with legal proceedings to recover the assets and will transfer them back into the DFX recovery fund. At the same time, they are working with Bybit to launch a bounty program.
