According to CoinMeta, Coinbase, Mastercard, Shopify, Stripe, and Visa have become the first five founding partners of Open Standard and have received an equal initial stake in the company. These five companies have committed to investing over $1 billion in the coming months to establish liquidity for OUSD. It is expected that the number of founding partners will increase to between 10 and 12, and a board of directors is planned to be established. Currently, the number of partners that plan to integrate with OUSD has exceeded 200, including SBI Holdings, UBS, and Jeeves.
