This unlocking event is the largest single-token release scheduled for October this year, with an estimated total of about $1.3 billion in tokens to be released across the crypto market next month. Although there are still doubts about how this large-scale unlocking may affect the price of HYPE, traders hope that the upward trend seen in October each year will drive HYPE to rise further. Hyperliquid already achieved a small positive return of 1.85% in September, and market participants expect it to continue this momentum next month.
