According to CoinMeta, Bitwise's Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan stated that his list of "four major cryptocurrencies" remains unchanged, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and Chainlink. He believes these four assets are the core ones in the crypto market and are suitable for any investors who are concerned about currency devaluation and tokenization themes. Hougan also mentioned that projects such as Hyperliquid and Zcash are striving to make it onto this list. Although he is optimistic about these emerging assets, he still considers these four as the fundamental investments. He pointed out that although there are current issues with the token economics of Chainlink, its underlying protocol business is strong enough to support the future development of its tokens.
