According to CoinMeta, David Ellison has just appointed Ynon Kreiz, who is also Mattel, as the co-CEO of the merged Paramount-WBD. Kreiz will join the new company on October 5th. Ellison has been serving as the sole CEO of Paramount since the merger with Skydance last year. The two will jointly manage the employees of Paramount and WBD, and the merger is expected to take place in the coming days, with a transaction value of 110 billion US dollars. Ellison will be responsible for creative and technical strategies, while Kreiz will manage daily operations and integration. Kreiz has served as the CEO of Mattel since 2018, working to transform the toy giant into a powerhouse in the entertainment industry. Although "Barbie" became a billion-dollar box-office hit, Mattel's movies, including "Masters of the Universe", were unsuccessful. Mattel is still working on the development of other entertainment projects.
