According to CoinMeta, the South Korean Financial Services Commission has announced a revision to the regulations regarding the token securities systematization, planning to include traditional securities such as stocks, bonds, and funds within the scope of securities tokenization. The revision stipulates that in addition to fragmented investment securities, traditional securities can also be tokenized, and it explicitly requires that distributed ledgers must include an electronic registration institution and at least two account management institutions.
