The company plans to issue up to 277,777 preferred shares at a price of 90 pounds per share, with trading expected to begin on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on October 14th. Shareholders will receive cumulative dividends paid weekly, with an initial annual interest rate of 12%. The company's CEO, Andrew Webley, stated that this will be the first perpetual preferred stock in the UK denominated in pounds, designed to expand the company's capital acquisition channels while providing investors with a stable source of income.
