According to CoinMeta, Commissioner Hester Peirce of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will conclude her term of office today. Peirce, who has served in this institution for over 8 years, voted against enforcement actions taken by the commission rather than the establishment of industry rules and proposed a token safety harbor scheme.
