2026-10-03 05:52:09
According to CoinMeta, Anthropic announced an investment of $100 million to train engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Deloitte, and McKinsey. The aim is to help the company bring the AI project from conception to actual production. This program, named Claude Frontier Academy, aims to train 10,000 frontline deployment engineers by the end of 2027. The first batch of engineers will participate in several days of face-to-face training, which will cover everything from case selection to simulated company deployments involving security reviews. Engineers who complete the training will then join a 12-week residency program, where they will be responsible for organizing their own real Claude projects.
