According to CoinMeta, Porsche announced on October 1st that it would be ending its web3 project and Pioneers Circle. The Porsche 911 NFT tokens remain in the holders' wallets and on the blockchain, while the Pioneers Discord servers have been converted to read-only archives, and account updates have ceased. The series was originally planned to issue 7,500 tokens, which were to be minted at a price of 0.911 ETH each in January 2023; ultimately, only 2,363 tokens were minted. Porsche has not announced any plans for token destruction, buyback, migration, or redemption. Holders can still hold, transfer, or place orders to trade these tokens. The cumulative trading volume of the Porsche 911 NFT tokens has approached 20 million US dollars, with about 38,000 US dollars traded in the past year and about 2,900 US dollars traded in the past month.
