According to CoinMeta, Greenfield Capital submitted a complaint to the Swiss financial regulatory authorities, requesting changes to the board of directors of Safe Ecosystem Foundation due to governance issues with the foundation that could not be resolved after months of communication. Greenfield Capital stated that since the beginning of 2025, they have become increasingly concerned about the status of Safe and believe that under the current governance structure, Safe cannot realize its potential. The company pointed out that the revenue growth of Safe did not meet expectations, and over the past two years, the total value of Safe accounts decreased from $66 billion to $30 billion, a drop of more than 50%.
