SEC Approves the Launch of Bitcoin and Ethereum Funds with 3x Leverage on CBOE

CoinMeta Data: On October 2nd, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved changes to the regulations of the exchange CBOE BZX, allowing it to launch six products with three times leverage from Volatility Shares, including 3x Bitcoin ETF and 3x Ethereum ETF. The remaining four products are designed to track the daily fluctuations of gold, silver, crude oil, and natural gas. Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated on social media: "It seems that the SEC has just approved 3x Bitcoin ETP, as well as 3x Ethereum, gold, silver, crude oil, and natural gas. This is a major victory for Volatility Shares."
