According to CoinMeta, as reported by U.Today, the Winklevoss brothers plan to launch a Zcash ( ZEC ) ETF that will allow investors to directly access this privacy coin. This ETF has been submitted for registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission through a S-1 form, named Winklevoss Zcash ETF, and is sponsored by Winklevoss Asset Services and LLC. The Winklevoss brothers submitted the first Bitcoin ETF application 13 years ago. This ETF is intended for passive investment, directly holding ZEC and tracking its price fluctuations; if approved, it is expected to be listed on NASDAQ with a stock code of WINK. All ZEC will be stored by Gemini Trust Company, and Gemini will be co-founded by the Winklevoss brothers. ETF indicates an intention to purchase up to $100 million worth of shares, but this is not a binding commitment.
