CoinMeta data: Winklevoss Asset Services has submitted an application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, planning to launch Zcash spot ETF on NASDAQ with an annual fee of 0.25%, and has received a non-binding purchase interest of $100 million from Winklevoss Capital. This ETF will directly hold ZEC, aimed at tracking cryptocurrency prices. Gemini Trust Company will be responsible for holding the fund's ZEC. The registration statement is still in its preliminary stages, and the start date of trading has not yet been determined. The application for Zcash ETF coincides with the 13th anniversary of the first submission of the Bitcoin ETF application.
