Solana Tokenized Silver Project Dominion Announces Closure and Launches Refund Plan

According to CoinMeta, the Solana tokenized silver project Dominion has announced its closure and has launched a refund plan. A security incident in September led to the breach and selling of a large number of SILV, resulting in a collapse in liquidity, losses of working capital, and damage to the market structure. The capital required to rebuild the project exceeds the remaining resources of the project. Dominion has invested most of the remaining liquid funds into the refund plan, allowing eligible holders of SILV before the attack to exit at $63 per coin. On September 11, attackers controlled more than 3/5 of the multi-signature keys and sold approximately 46,909 SILV into the less liquid DEX, which had a nominal value of about $3 million before the attack, ultimately cashing out about $238,000.
