Chain Link ( LINK ) price rises, but new wallet address growth is weak

CoinMeta data: According to U.Today, the price of ChainLink (LINK) has risen significantly since September 1st, but there has been no noticeable increase in activity from new wallet addresses. According to data from the on-chain analysis firm Santiment, the price of ChainLink increased by about 24% from September 1st to October 6th, while the average daily number of new addresses only increased slightly from 1,225 on September 1st to 1,249, an increase of less than 2%. In contrast, new addresses of Solana increased by 33% during the same period. The closing price of LINK on September 1st was around $11.22, and as of October 6th, it had risen to around $13.96, a gain of 24.4%. Additionally, on September 28th, ChainLink launched CCIP 2.0, which is an important upgrade to its cross-chain infrastructure, providing more control over cross-chain transactions.
