CoinMeta data: According to analyst Axel Adler Jr from CryptoQuant, within about two hours in the early morning of October 7th, BTC fell from $85,500 to $83,900. Its Taker Order Pressure Oscillator indicator once dropped to -4.9, indicating that active market sell orders significantly outnumbered buy orders. At the same time, Liquidation Pressure Oscillator fell from -11 to -78, suggesting that this round of decline was accompanied by a large number of forced liquidations among long positions. As of 04:00 UTC, BTC rebounded to around $84,100, and the sell pressure indicator also rose back to -3.1. Adler pointed out that a single deep negative value does not confirm a trend reversal; what is more concerning is that BTC continued to fall below $83,900, with both sell pressure and long position liquidation indicators remaining negative for a prolonged period.
