According to CoinMeta, the UK government announced sanctions against three crypto exchanges and two payment platforms, suspecting that these platforms were used by Russia to circumvent financial sanctions. The targets of the sanctions include Xeltox Enterprises, which is registered in Vancouver, and was identified due to its ownership of Cryptomus and its associated activities with Heleket. Tokenspot and Tsunami Payments from Kyrgyzstan were also added to the sanctions list. The UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office stated that 38 new sanctions will be implemented today to combat these networks. The sanctions also include the freezing of assets and restrictions on internet services for targets that have transactions with the A7 network.
