The analysts noted that the low-frequency spectrum being acquired has stronger indoor signal penetration, enabling broader network coverage, and complements the mid-frequency spectrum that JPMorgan is currently acquiring from another entity. The mid-frequency spectrum provides higher bandwidth capacity, thereby enhancing the credibility of the long-term development prospects of this business.
