CryptoQuant Founder: Wall Street Analysts are Optimistic about the Target Price of MSTR
2026-10-16 20:00:52
According to CoinMeta, the founder of CryptoQuant and also CEO Ki Young Ju stated that although the new rules of MSCI may lead to Strategy (MSTR) being removed from global stock indices, Wall Street analysts remain optimistic. Citibank, Barclays, and B. Riley have target prices for MSTR of $240, $175, and $195, respectively. He believes that the risk of removal mainly affects the flow of passive funds, and such expectations have already been absorbed by the market. What is more noteworthy at present is the trading performance of Strategy's approximately 1-time MNAV and STRC preferred stocks, as well as the protection of dividends by dollar reserves. MSCI officially adopted non-operating company screening rules on October 15th, and digital asset treasury companies such as Strategy and Metaplanet face the potential risk of being removed. The final list of affected companies will be announced on November 11th, and the new rules are scheduled to take effect after the close of trading on November 30th.
