According to CoinMeta, NVIDIA is in talks to acquire a US-based company AI, whose first large model Beam 1.0 has had its weights uploaded to Hugging Face, fulfilling the promise made on October 5th. This model utilizes the MOE architecture, with a total of 501 billion parameters, and activates approximately 23 billion parameters per inference, supporting up to 1 million token contexts. This release has received support from over 40 partners, including AWS, Google Cloud, and NVIDIA. According to the latest evaluations, Reflection ranks second among open-weight models in the United States, just behind Meta's Muse Spark Open, but still falls behind Chinese models such as DeepSeek V4 Flash and Zhipu GLM-5.3. The valuation of Reflection is around $25 billion, and NVIDIA has already invested about $800 million, with discussions ongoing regarding further investment or acquisition.
