Mt. Gox: Creditors' repayment deadline extended to October 2027
2026-10-19 13:41:26
According to CoinMeta, Mt and Gox have announced that the repayment deadline for creditors has been extended to October 31, 2027, with court approval to give creditors more time to complete the required procedures. As per a notice dated October 16, the original repayment deadline of October 31, 2026, was postponed due to many creditors not having completed the procedures or encountering issues during the distribution process. Although most creditors have submitted the required information, a considerable number of creditors have not yet received their repayments. This court-approved extension provides the trustee with an additional 12 months to continue with a feasible distribution.
