Cloudflare Enables 3 AIs to Take Turns in Claim Processing: Self-testing Speeds Up by 3.2 Times, Cost Reduction of 49%

According to CoinMeta, Cloudflare has released a preview version of the data extraction model Clairic. This model improves processing speed by nearly 3.2 times and reduces costs by 49% through streamlined claims handling. Clairic is capable of extracting order numbers, dates, and total amounts from invoices or after-sales emails, as well as estimating repair costs and predicting customer traffic. The model charges $0.10 per million inputs of token and does not incur any token fees. A demonstration was conducted using product damage claims; Clairic was used to extract information and estimate repair costs, followed by the decision-making model Clef to decide on whether to refund or perform repairs, with GLM-5.3 ultimately responding to customers. When used in conjunction, the three processes take 19.3 seconds, whereas using GLM-5.3 alone would take 61.7 seconds. Calculated per million claims, the cost has been reduced from $11,740 to $6,032. The current model is now available for preview in Workers AI, but its source code has not yet been made open-source.
