被转出资产包括 ETH 和稳定币

链上数据显示，攻击者转走了 2843 枚 ETH，按事发时价格计算约值 687 万美元，另有 168 万枚 USDC 一并流出。随后，这部分 USDC 被兑换为约 168 万枚 DAI。

Term Labs 表示，协议金库确已受到治理攻击影响，更多细节将在调查完成后公布。到目前为止，项目方尚未说明攻击者具体利用了哪一项治理权限，或是哪个漏洞导致资金被转出。

攻击地址起始资金来自 Tornado Cash

区块链安全研究人员称，相关攻击地址最早收到一笔来自 Tornado Cash 的 2 ETH 转账。该线索本身不足以确认攻击者身份，但混币工具常被用于在攻击前后弱化资金来源的可追踪性。

Term Finance 主要通过链上拍卖提供固定利率借贷服务。DefiLlama 数据显示，该协议目前总锁仓价值约为 1226 万美元，其中约 864 万美元部署在以太坊网络上。

资金损失接近协议现有流动性规模

从协议现有锁仓规模看，这次资金流失金额占比不低。与私钥泄露或跨链桥攻击相比，治理攻击并不常见，但一旦成功，攻击者可能直接利用协议原有控制权限完成资产转移。

近期 DeFi 安全事件仍在增加。报道提到，7 月加密行业因各类攻击造成的损失约为 2.474 亿美元，超过 6 月的三倍，其中 Coldcard 相关事件约占 1.16 亿美元。进入 8 月后，Coreum-XRPL 跨链桥漏洞导致近 20 万枚 XRP 被转出，Coinsbuy 也在另一起攻击中损失约 790 万美元。

补充信息：报道提到，行业内更大规模的历史案例包括 2025 年 Bybit 约 15 亿美元被盗，以及 Ronin Network 约 6.15 亿美元损失。
