Mesa, Arizona, September 29th / PRNewswire / -- Verra Mobility Corporation (Nasdaq ticker: VRRM) announced on Monday that it has reached an integration with Bank of America ( U.S . Bank ) to enable corporate customers operating fleets of vehicles to automatically pay and record tolls on toll roads across the United States.
Verra Mobility indicates that this solution can simplify the toll payment process, reduce administrative burdens, and enable fleet operators to have a clearer understanding of their toll expenditures. This service operates on Bank of America's proprietary Voyager ® network and is integrated with existing services such as fuel, EV charging, and maintenance. It provides a single bill and comprehensive reports for vehicles in various fleets, along with a dedicated driver portal.
As toll roads continue to expand in the United States, fleet operators face increasingly complex compliance challenges in managing tolls and violations from multiple toll collection agencies. Verra Mobility states that by integrating with them, Bank of America Voyager customers will receive a unified toll management solution, backed by one of the largest toll processing platforms in the country, which handles over 300 million transactions annually and covers 7 million fleet vehicles.
Verra Mobility Chief Customer Officer Stacey Moser stated: "For fleets, managing tolls across the United States is quickly becoming complex. By collaborating with Voyager, we have provided fleet operators with an advanced technical solution aimed at handling toll payments, reducing costly toll violations, and gaining a clearer understanding of their toll expenditures, all of which are done on the platform they are already using."
Bank of America’s Voyager fleet program provides comprehensive fuel and maintenance payment solutions for businesses, aimed at simplifying fleet management. The program is available at over 320,000 locations across the United States, covering fuel, maintenance services, and EV charging. By integrating Verra Mobility’s toll management technology, the Voyager platform has now added another layer of efficiency, helping fleets save time, reduce administrative burdens, and better manage transportation expenses.
The head of transportation operations for Bank of America's corporate payment system, Jeff Pape, stated: "Our customers rely on Voyager to help simplify fleet operations and gain a clear understanding of their expenses. By integrating the toll management capabilities of Verra Mobility into the Voyager platform, we provide an even more interconnected solution that supports smarter decision-making and sustained, robust growth. This integration helps customers manage toll activities more efficiently, maintain compliance, and operate with greater transparency."
The Voyager toll management solution supported by Verra Mobility is now available to Bank of America's Voyager customers.
