IT News on September 30th: Connectivity peripheral manufacturer Sonnet recently launched what it claims to be the first bus-powered Thunderbolt 50G network card Solo10G T5 adapter.

Solo10G T5 uses Marvell AQC113C chips, provides 1 10GbE RJ-45 wired network port, and has a power consumption of 7.5W. Its dimensions are 79.5×114×27.2 millimeters, it features an aluminum passive cooling body, and comes with a replaceable Thunderbolt 5 cable.

It is compatible with Apple devices based on the M-series chips Mac, iPad, and Pro, and also supports all computers equipped with Thunderbolt 5/4 or USB interfaces Windows and Linux.

IT has learned that Solo10G T5 is priced at $199.99 (Note from IT: The current exchange rate is approximately 1,344 RMB).
