New York, September 30, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Neuberger Real Estate Securities Income Fund Inc. (New York Stock Exchange American Market: NRO) (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund") announces a distribution of $0.0312 per common share.
The allocation announced today will be paid on October 30, 2026, with the registration date being October 15, 2026, and the ex-dividend date also being October 15, 2026.
According to its fixed allocation policy, the fund is expected to distribute a regular monthly dividend of $0.0312 per common share, although this may vary depending on market conditions unless otherwise decided. There is no guarantee that the fund will always be able to pay a specific amount of dividend, nor is it guaranteed that the dividend will consist solely of net investment income. The fund's ability to maintain the current distribution rate will depend on various factors, including the size and stability of income generated by its investments, the availability of capital gains, the level of leverage used by the fund, the cost of leverage, as well as other fund expenses and expenditures.
The distributions announced today, as well as those in the future, may consist of net investment income, realized capital gains, and capital refunds.
