After setting records for two consecutive years in Las Vegas, ComplexCon attracted over 70,000 attendees in 2025 and is now making its debut in Los Angeles for the first time. At this anniversary event, Playboi Carti will serve as the art director alongside streetwear pioneers Hiroshi Fujiwara and Fragment Design, responsible for guiding the creative direction across products, programs, and experiences. Over the weekend, the L.A LIVE venue will fully transition into 00pium mode, with two nights of performances taking place at Crypto.com Arena. On Saturday, October 3rd, Ken Carson will host the main show, with HXG and ApolloRed1 also performing; on Sunday, October 4th, Playboi Carti will close the event with a finale performance, with Destroy Lonely and F1lthy also on stage.

Playboi Carti and Hiroshi Fujiwara lead ComplexCon in 2026
Playboi Carti will take on the role of Art Director for ComplexCon for the first time, extending his unique creative universe from the stage to a broader range of festival and exhibition experiences. Carti is known for constantly breaking through the boundaries of music, fashion, and performance; his role reflects the increasingly blurred intersection between music, style, and design, which is also the direction that ComplexCon has been advocating since its inception.
Also serving as artistic directors alongside him are Hiroshi Fujiwara and Fragment Design. The influence of Fujiwara has helped define global streetwear culture for decades; he is universally recognized as the "godfather of the streetwear movement." He was a founding force in Tokyo's Ura-Harajuku scene and has now become one of the most influential figures in the fields of streetwear, sneakers, music, art, and contemporary design.
