Singapore, October 8th / PRNewswire / -- YYForce Inc. (Nasdaq ticker: YFOR) ("YYForce" or "the Company") announced today that its subsidiary 24iFM has achieved commercial expansion through the "Service Market" (Services Marketplace) and "Lifestyle Advertising" (Lifestyle advertising) features (hereinafter referred to as "expansion"). This expansion integrates property management, on-demand domestic services, and merchant promotion into a single digital platform.

This expansion brings two potential sources of digital revenue to YYForce's existing IFM business: one is commissions or service fees from eligible market transactions, and the other is advertising and promotional income from participating merchants. The company states that revenue generation will depend on user adoption, completed transactions, and the commercial agreements reached with service providers and merchants.

Moving from Facility Management to the Digital Services Market

24iFM integrates functions that traditionally operate through different systems. The platform combines daily property and facility management functions—including facility reservation, visitor registration, digital forms, payment, and community communication—with the continuously expanding market for home services and property-related services.

Through the 24iFM service market, users can discover and book service providers to participate with. YYForce expects to participate by charging commissions or service fees for qualified service activities generated on the platform, but must comply with the applicable business arrangements.

Lifestyle features add digital advertising channels

In addition to the service market, YYForce is also expanding the lifestyle experience of 24iFM, connecting users with participating merchants and service providers, covering segments such as health, education, beauty, medical care, pet services, sports, and other areas of lifestyle.

This lifestyle feature is designed to create additional opportunities for advertising revenue. Potential advertising products include featured merchant displays, sponsored category placements, promotional activities, and other forms of paid digital exposure.

Two monetization channels in a digital ecosystem

In addition to YYForce's existing facilities management business, 24iFM's commercial expansion has introduced a complementary digital revenue framework. The service market is designed to support transaction-based commissions or service fees, while the lifestyle features are aimed at generating revenue from advertisements and promotions provided by participating merchants.

The company stated that these functions, when combined, aim to create opportunities for digital business activities within their service community and to extend the economic potential of their property relationships.

YYForce Chairman and CEO Mike Fu stated: "24iFM extends our relationship with properties beyond traditional facility management. By connecting property users with service providers and merchants through a digital platform, we are creating more opportunities for transactions and advertising revenue around our existing IFM business. As adoption rates increase, our goal is to increase the number of business interactions that can take place within the 24iFM ecosystem."

Background of the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets

Singapore has provided an initial market for property-connected digital services. According to data from the Singapore Statistic Agency, as of June 2026, there were a total of 381,996 apartments and other residential units in Singapore. The company notes that this housing stock is only used to illustrate the types of residential communities that 24iFM targets and does not represent the number of households or customers the company has already reached.

24iFM's expansion occurs against the backdrop of continuous growth in regional digitalization. According to the "e-Commerce 2025" report released by Google, Temasek, and Bain & Company, the total value of goods transactions in Southeast Asia's digital economy is expected to exceed $300 billion by 2025. The company states that this broader market data is merely used to illustrate the regional digital business environment and does not constitute an estimate of the serviceable market or expected revenue for 24iFM.

24iFM's business scope is based on its property-connected ecosystem. The platform's monetization potential will depend on the adoption rate of residential and commercial communities involved, the frequency of completed service bookings, the business agreements with service providers, and the demand for promoting paid merchants.

Expand the 24iFM ecosystem

YYForce intends to gradually expand the range of service providers, service categories, merchants, and commercial products that 24iFM can offer, based on market demand and the adoption situation of the platform.

As more properties, users, service providers, and merchants join this ecosystem, 24iFM aims to support a broader range of interactions, without the need for each new business opportunity to operate as a separate facility management contract.

The commercialization of 24iFM is part of a broader strategy by YYForce, which involves integrating its operational layout with technology, automation, and digital platforms. Within this ecosystem, 24iFM aims to serve as the digital interface that connects facility operations, daily services, and business activities.

According to TechCrunch, Extend engineer Bo Lau utilized thousands of emails, slides, text messages, and documents made public in the U.S. case against Elizabeth Holmes to create an interactive website that highly recreates the office environment of Theranos CEO Holmes before the company's collapse. The report indicates that although this project was intended as a joke, it also makes it easier for the public to access the public materials from one of the most notorious cases in tech history. Additionally, it has been used to promote Extend and the film viewing event surrounding a documentary about Holmes.
