Brand evolution will integrate the expanded acute care capabilities of MTS under a unified healthcare technology partner.

Valencia, California, October 13th / PRNewswire / -- Med Tech Solutions ( MTS ) Today, we announce that the evolution of our company's organizational structure has entered the next phase. The two brands, Stoltenberg Consulting and Avarion, will fully transition to the name Med Tech Solutions. This move reflects the ongoing expansion of MTS and also integrates its growing acute care capabilities under a unified brand.

In 2024, MTS acquired Stoltenberg. This company has decades of experience in serving hospitals and medical systems and has won several awards for Best Outsourcing in KLAS evaluations on three occasions. More recently, Avarion, formerly known as Huntzinger Management Group, joined MTS, further expanding MTS's strategic consulting capabilities in acute care. It also boasts two achievements in HIT Advisory Best, in, and KLAS. This transition between the two brands marks the completion of MTS's broader strategy, which is to become a comprehensive medical technology partner for healthcare institutions covering the entire continuum of care.

Stoltenberg's expertise in consulting, service desk, staffing, go-live support, and legacy system support at EHR has become an important part of MTS's broader capabilities. Together with Avarion's strategic consulting, optimization, and change management services, these capabilities complement MTS's wider portfolio of IT and EHR hosting services, enterprise cloud hosting, network security, integration, revenue cycle management, and data archiving products.

Med Tech Solutions CEO Mona Abutaleb stated: "This is not just about bringing our brands together. It reflects the level of development that Med Tech Solutions has reached. Stoltenberg and Avarion bring excellent acute care experience, talent, and customer relationships to MTS. At the same time, as part of MTS, these teams and their clients can access a broader range of services, deeper resources, and an organization that is entirely built around healthcare. Together, we can provide a more seamless experience and help clients meet their technical needs through a trusted partner."

For the customers of Stoltenberg, this transition is built upon the integrations that have been underway over the past few years. Customers can continue to benefit from the familiar medical expertise and professionals provided by IT, while also gaining access to the resources, deeper service capabilities, and broader technical abilities offered by MTS.

The transition of Avarion follows the same approach: combining professional acute care experience with the scale and broader capabilities of MTS to provide more comprehensive support for medical institutions.

Abutaleb said, "Our goal has always been to make it easier for medical institutions to access the EHR and technical expertise and support they need. By fully integrating Stoltenberg and Avarion into the MTS brand, we enable customers to access the capabilities we have built throughout our organization in a clearer and simpler manner, while preserving the medical expertise and customer-centric approach that has made these two companies successful."

As Stoltenberg Consulting and Avarion are now fully presented under the name of MTS, Med Tech Solutions , as a technology partner focused on healthcare, is in a unique position to provide support to service providers at various stages of care delivery. The unified organization combines acute care expertise with MTS's broader range of medical technology services to help service providers optimize operations, enhance technical performance, reduce the burden of IT, and prepare for the next steps in the entire care process.
