SettleMint integrates its digital asset lifecycle platform with IBM Digital Asset Haven.

Financial institutions and regulated entities can manage tokenized assets according to their regulatory environment and operational needs.

This integration combines digital asset custody, transaction control, and lifecycle management into one.

Leuven, Belgium, October 29th / PRNewswire / -- SettleMint Today, it was announced that its digital asset lifecycle platform ( DALP ) has been successfully integrated with IBM Digital Asset Haven, enabling financial institutions, governments, and other regulated organizations to manage tokenized assets throughout their entire lifecycle, while also leveraging the secure wallet management, transaction orchestration, and policy governance capabilities of IBM Digital Asset Haven.

After combining DALP with IBM Digital Asset Haven, it can help institutions quickly transition from a pilot phase to a full production environment, with institutional-level controls in place at every level. It is also possible to achieve end-to-end issuance and settlement on the licensed Ethereum virtual machine (EVM) network (DvP). Tokenized assets, including securities, deposits, stocks, government bonds, and stablecoins, can now be issued and managed throughout their entire lifecycle, from issuance to transaction approval.

IBM Digital Asset Haven provides wallet and key management, transaction approval, and governance capabilities, while DALP of SettleMint applies asset access and transfer rules, specifying who is responsible for formulating policies, approving activities, and handling exceptional cases.

SettleMint CEO Adam Popat stated: "Financial institutions are now viewing digital assets in the context of the systems, control, and governance frameworks they already use. The focus of our collaboration with IBM is to make such integration feasible, so that digital assets can operate within the same corporate environment without the need for a separate technology stack."

IBM Z and LinuxONE, Directors of Software Product Management, stated: "As financial institutions shift from exploring tokenization to putting it into practice, trust, security, and control become increasingly important. IBM Digital Asset Haven provides a scalable foundation with security and governance capabilities that help institutions manage digital asset transactions while maintaining control over their operations. Our collaboration with SettleMint is an example of how we connect emerging digital asset opportunities with the needs of mature financial systems."

Integration between SettleMint and IBM Digital Asset Haven is now available. For more information, please visit www.settlemint.com and https :// www.ibm.com / solutions / digital-assets.
