Today, corporate brands can purchase Ace enabled by Gemini through their Google Cloud accounts, and include the related expenses in their existing Google Cloud consumption commitments.

New York, October 29, 2026 / PRNewswire / — Today, we announce that our Agentic Content Engine product, Ace, is now live on Google Cloud Marketplace. Ace is built on Google Cloud and is supported by Gemini. Knotch states that Ace belongs to a new category of “AI experience infrastructure” that can help brands provide personalized digital experiences for their AI native audiences. With the launch of this product on Marketplace, brands can discover, purchase, and deploy Ace through their existing Google Cloud accounts, and the related purchase amounts can be counted towards their Google Cloud expenditure commitments.

Knotch indicates that AI has changed the way people discover brands, as well as their expectations after visiting brand websites. Consumers now desire a conversational and personalized experience, yet most websites still provide static, generic pages built for earlier times. According to behavioral data from Knotch, over 80% of visitors leave brand websites without engaging in any meaningful interaction, while less than 1% of visitors convert.

The company states that Ace can be layered on top of the brand's existing technology stack to adjust the digital experience in real-time, without the need to rebuild the platform or invest in additional engineering efforts. This product can draw content from various sources, break it down into modular knowledge pieces, and then recombine them according to each visitor's intent. Visitors can browse as usual or ask questions directly; Ace will respond in the form that they prefer, including text, video, visual content, or audio.

Knotch indicates that since its launch in June, Ace has achieved an average 20% decrease in bounce rate, a 5-fold increase in interaction, and a 3-fold increase in conversions among its online test customers. The first batch of customers for Ace includes GE token issuance, Square, Ally Financial, Zillow, and Cox Automotive.

What does going live on Google Cloud Marketplace mean for customers?

Google Cloud Marketplace provides customers with a unified solution catalog from Google and its partner ecosystem, facilitating customers to discover, trial, purchase, and use related products. With the launch of Ace on Marketplace, customers can:

  • Include the purchase amount in the existing Google Cloud expenditure commitment.
  • Simplify procurement and billing processes with the familiar Google Cloud account
  • Negotiate customized prices and terms through Private Offers.

Knotch, co-founder and CEO, Anda Gansca, stated: "Every brand we have contacted is striving to figure out how to satisfy a type of consumer who comes with information, has clear goals, and expects a dialogue. From day one, we have been building Ace on Google Cloud; therefore, bringing it to Google Cloud Marketplace means that the teams that have already started construction on that platform can directly introduce Ace through their existing accounts and commitments. This shortens the time from making the decision to try it out to seeing results on their own websites."

Google Cloud Marketplace and ISV GTM Programs, the Managing Directors, stated: "Simplifying the way enterprises procure and deploy key technologies is a core component of accelerating digital transformation. By introducing Ace into Google Cloud Marketplace, Knotch is providing customers with reliable infrastructure and smoother access methods to optimize operations and unleash real business value."
