Taipei, October 29, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. ( Foxconn ) ( TWSE : 2317), the world's largest electronics manufacturer and leading AI server supplier, reaffirmed its industry-leading position in “ Token Factory ” solutions on Friday. The company demonstrated the components and system technologies that support the next generation of AI infrastructure in an unprecedented way, and for the first time brought its long-term partners into the spotlight.

At the 7th Hon Hai Technology Day 2026 ( HHTD26 ), Hon Hai demonstrated its global leadership in vertical integration and precision manufacturing. These capabilities underpin its work around the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform – ranging from the complete integration of rack-level AI supercomputing systems to sub-micron level component manufacturing technology.

Hon Hai showcased two new products for the first time, including NVIDIA DSX POD. This is a standardized, factory-prebuilt reference design that allows partners to pre-install NVIDIA Vera Rubin rack-level AI infrastructure into modular containers. Critical verifications can be completed before shipment, and after delivery, the units can be connected to the infrastructure that is already in place on-site. This solution became a focal point of the event, attracting a large number of visitors; at the same time, the customer area paid tribute to the partners who have driven the industry's imagination through photos of important moments and a timeline of technical milestones.

Hon Hai Chairman Terry Gou stated: "Hon Hai is transforming into a technology manufacturing platform service provider. From testing to finished products, our vertical integration and precision manufacturing make the impossible possible. We are building this capability in different ecosystems, ranging from smart consumer electronics to AI and electric vehicles, to aerospace and robotics."

Among the record-breaking 321 exhibits in HHTD26, a quarter belong to the field of “Token Factory”. “Extreme Co - Design” is a visual tour that unfolds along a 20-meter-long exhibition wall, displaying circuit boards with tens of thousands of micron-level precision manufacturing components; there are wireless, cable-free, fanless computing module designs for AI servers; the next-generation AI trend “Co - Packaged Optics” ( CPO ); as well as redesigned power supply, cooling, and high-speed data transmission solutions to enhance the efficiency of AI infrastructure.

An immersive, simulated AI data center demonstrates how to jointly design AI computing power, networking, power supply, and cooling systems to create a AI factory, which includes an 800VDC power distribution system. Hon Hai's business unit Visionbay.ai, which specializes in AI supercomputing and cloud operations and is also a NVIDIA cloud partner, plans to design its facilities according to the principles of NVIDIA DSX MaxLPS in order to maximize the performance per watt of the AI factory within the established power framework, and to optimize the computing power, power supply, and cooling configurations before construction begins.

On-site, NVIDIA, Google LLC and Schneider Electric discussed AI infrastructure; Honda R&D Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Electric Mobility discussed the next generation of electrified mobility. In HHTD26, the most tangible form of intelligence was concentrated in the "Robot-Human Haptic Robots" section, showcasing the growing potential of the ecosystem as well as practical application cases of industrial products used in the robotics field.

As another debut, Hon Hai leveraged its extensive experience in high-precision manufacturing processes, as well as its own facilities for cutting, material processing, and mold manufacturing. In the “Precision Manufacturing” section, Hon Hai showcased the technologies related to the Poketomo AI companion robot and the integrated stamping of laptop casings.

Among all the exhibits, AI security was always a prominent aspect. The Hon Hai team demonstrated how NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform supports the security of intelligent entities in fields such as smart healthcare, intelligent manufacturing, robotics, and smart cities.

HHTD26 was held on October 30th and 31st at the 1st and 4th floors of Hall 1 of the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei. As part of this two-day annual conference, for the first time, a family-oriented exhibition area was set up on-site, allowing children to personally experience and explore topics such as sustainable development, transportation, smart factories, and smart cities.
