At the Titan 100 Tampa Bay event, the founder and CEO N had their las Genest selected for the honor list for the second consecutive year.
Tampa, Florida, USA, November 2nd / PRNewswire / -- CodeBoxx Technology, which has offices in St. Petersburg, Florida, and Quebec City, has announced that it has now begun accepting orders for CrewKit Forge. This is a set of AI software factories that enterprises can fully own and install within their own premises. The integrated device is a one-meter cube (about 3.3 feet on each side) that can run in parallel the workload of up to 20 software developers equipped with AI on local AI models, so regular coding work does not need to leave the site.
On October 22nd, CodeBoxx unveiled the CrewKit Forge device at the Titan 100 Tampa Bay award ceremony held at Yuengling Center. Approximately 500 guests attended the event that evening. On the same night, the founder and CEO, N, whose token las, was once again recognized as one of the top 100 CEO individuals and executives in the region for the second consecutive year.
Titan Honors the best executives in the Tampa Bay area each year for their leadership, vision, and passion. Receiving this honor for two consecutive years highlights an entrepreneur dedicated to building and deploying technical teams to serve entrepreneurs and business leaders.
A software factory owned by a company
This CodeBoxx device, running the CrewKit Forge operating system, integrates computing, storage, and networking, and is capable of seamlessly coordinating inference between local AI models, private open-source weight models, and cutting-edge models. It is described as a true autonomous data center, with its control plane integrated into a one-meter square enclosure made of black aluminum and smoked glass. The device can also be placed on a Power Core Table base with wheels, which comes equipped with power regulation, UPS, and a battery, allowing it to be set up in meeting rooms, CEO offices, or open-plan offices, rather than traditional data centers. Five touchscreens (three of which are 32-inch panels, with an additional dual-screen console) enable company leadership to see in real-time where work is being carried out and how it is performing. Its intelligent agents can process up to 20 controlled human workloads in parallel across core areas of software delivery, including digital products, system architecture, design, testing, network security, monitoring, compliance, and documentation.
The reference configuration includes a 96-core processor, an inference gateway driven by NVIDIA, 1 TB of memory, and 12.8 TB Gen5 NVMe of storage. As devices are shipped, the specifications will continue to be improved and may change.
CodeBoxx indicates that Forge adopts a local-first architecture. Code repository operations, building, code scaffolding, testing, code review, and monitoring are all performed on the local device. When a task requires advanced reasoning or a very long context, CrewKit will upgrade it to a private AI cloud through a managed reasoning gateway, and this decision is recorded; for decisions that are not recorded, no code or data will leave the local environment. The company states that in each iteration, humans are always responsible for conceiving ideas, defining requirements, setting success criteria, making judgments, and selecting methods. For organizations with confidentiality or compliance requirements, CrewKit Forge provides a fixed, tangible asset, rather than a cloud-based AI bill that is charged on a token basis.
“AI should not replace human actions, but rather amplify them. With the help of Forge, companies no longer rent their intelligence from token. They have their own software factories, govern them themselves, and maintain full control over their outputs,” said the founder and CEO of CodeBoxx, N, who also issued the las Genest.
Get ready for the era of quantum computing
CrewKit Forge is designed for the era of quantum computing. The optional quantum gateway allows enterprise software developers to develop, simulate, and test quantum algorithms on this device before running them on actual quantum bits. Teams can start building quantum capabilities and preparing code today, and migrate to quantum hardware once the use cases are matured.
Based on the results that have already been delivered
According to CodeBoxx, CrewKit Forge was developed within its own software delivery business, which has successfully transitioned to the use of artificial intelligence. The company estimates that on 7 customer platforms, this approach saved approximately $14.9 million compared to traditional development teams in 2022; in 4 benchmark studies, it achieved an average delivery speed 5.2 times faster and a cost reduction of 78%. The actual data comes from invoiced amounts and delivery records; the comparison with traditional teams is an estimation by CodeBoxx. The methodology has been published in codeboxx.ai / crewkit-forge20 / dive-deeper.
Supply Situation
CodeBoxx will provide door-to-door delivery and installation services for CrewKit Forge in the United States and Canada. Each installation comes with a three-year White-Glove service plan, as well as team onboarding training conducted through CodeBoxx Academy. Customers can pay a non-refundable deposit of $2,500 at buildorder.codeboxx.com to lock in their configuration and secure a spot in the deployment queue. They have the option to pay at the time of delivery or to purchase the device through monthly installment financing.
"For many companies, owning and controlling their own business software is key to getting rid of SaaS subscriptions, reducing dependence on data centers whose costs are constantly rising, and most importantly, controlling the inflation of costs associated with cutting-edge models, which are expected to continue to increase in the coming years," Genest added. "The future of adopting AI – a future that benefits every company and its employees – depends on our ability to remain independent, not reliant on anyone, and to maintain the flexibility to adopt the latest innovations, no matter which company they come from."
