Puerto Rico, Dorado, and Trevors, Pennsylvania, November 4, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- EHVA.ai's health payment platform, EHVAhealth, announced today that the third-party management agency (TPA) WellNet Healthcare has chosen EHVAhealth's conversational voice AI to automatically handle incoming calls from providers. AI is specifically designed for health insurance plans, TPA, payment providers, and benefits management agencies to help them handle a large number of provider calls without adding additional staff.

Provider call automation for TPA, health plans, and payers

Provider calls are one of the largest recurring costs in health plan management. TPA and the provider service teams of payers handle thousands of repetitive calls each month, covering topics such as membership, benefits, deductibles, and claim status; every additional minute of waiting on the part of providers can slow down patient care and related revenue cycle activities. Voice AI technology used in health insurance enables self-funded health plans and their administrators to respond to these calls immediately around the clock with the same level of accuracy as trained human representatives.

Implement AI qualification verification, welfare verification, and claim status inquiry within Five9 and Salesforce.

According to the agreement, the AI agent of EHVAhealth will handle end-to-end provider inbound calls for medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, including membership verification, benefit verification, deductible and out-of-pocket balance inquiries, as well as claim status checks. This deployment will run in parallel with WellNet's existing Five9 contact center and Salesforce CRM. When providers require human assistance, the calls will be transferred to the agents of WellNet along with the context of the conversation, and the call activities will also be recorded in Salesforce, allowing this TPA to maintain a complete record of each interaction with providers.

EHVAhealth indicates that after deployment, providers will be able to receive accurate information regarding their qualifications, benefits, and claims responses at the first time of contact, regardless of when they call; whereas the provider service team using WellNet can focus their time on members and customers who indeed require manual handling. Since EHVAhealth can operate within the existing contact centers of health plans and CRM, TPA and payers can automate provider calls within weeks without the need to replace call center technology. WellNet is currently deploying EHVAhealth in its provider service operations.

WellNet Healthcare Chief Operating Officer Kathy Samanns stated: "At WellNet, providers and members are always of the highest priority, which means that we must respond to providers' questions quickly and accurately every time. EHVAhealth can integrate with the Five9 and Salesforce tools that our team is already using, so we can handle services related to qualifications, benefits, and claims more efficiently without disrupting our current work processes."

EHVA.ai Chief Revenue Officer Jeff Schaffer stated: "The WellNet team is making rapid progress because they see how quickly this solution can be implemented within the existing system. By integrating with the current contact center rather than replacing it, we are able to get TPA up and running in just a few weeks, rather than several quarters. We are very pleased that WellNet has joined us."

EHVAhealth invites TPA and welfare management agencies to call 833-419-2313 to personally experience their AI.

U.S. President Donald Trump issued a series of tweets on Truth Social on Tuesday evening, blaming Fox News for the Republican Party's defeat in the historic midterms and stating that the channel's ratings had plummeted. Fox News did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Last week, Fox reported that its average audience in October was 1.1 million, a decrease of about 27% year-on-year; Fox Corporation CEO Rupert Murdoch attributed this change to "audience fatigue" during a financial report conference call and stated that viewers had not switched to other news channels.
