The sales automation platform of Andavi combined with the image recognition technology of Infilect and Agentic AI will create a more comprehensive AI-driven retail execution platform.

New York, November 4th / PRNewswire / -- Andavi Solutions, which provides an end-to-end sales execution platform for beverage and consumer goods companies, announces the acquisition of Infilect. Infilect is a technology company based in Bangalore, India, with operations also in the United States.

Infilect provides visual intelligence and Agentic AI technology to help consumer goods and beverage companies understand what is happening in their stores and take action more quickly. Its image recognition platform can analyze photos and videos of retail shelves, displays, menus, and bar backdrops to identify SKU, the number of display surfaces, pricing, availability, shelf share, competitor activities, and other performance indicators.

By combining the image recognition of Infilect with the sales execution platforms of Agentic AI and Andavi, on-site teams can be freed from manual research and static reports. Sales representatives can take photos or videos during store visits and receive real-time recommendations for their next steps; management, in turn, can more clearly see gaps in execution, stock shortages, pricing issues, display arrangements, and growth opportunities.

Andavi Solutions CEO Nina Vellayan stated: "This acquisition advances our strategy of building a more intelligent sales execution platform. Infilect It enables our customers to understand what is happening in the market more clearly and helps to transform these insights into action."

Co-founder and CPTO Vijay Gabale stated: "We founded Infilect to enable consumer goods companies to better understand the situation of each of their stores. By joining Andavi, we can expand on this vision and accelerate our Agentic AI roadmap for on-site implementation."

Infilect, co-founder and CEO, Anand Prabhu Subramanian, stated: " Andavi gives us the opportunity to bring our technology to more customers while continuing to expand globally. Both parties can jointly provide faster and more operational retail intelligence."

Andavi and Infilect have begun to integrate their respective technologies, and the joint solution from both parties is currently in production with alcoholic beverage customers. Infilect will continue to operate with its existing products, team, customer relationships, and service commitments.

Why Do US Regulators Consider Simple AI Bank Agents to Be More Dangerous Than ChatGPT
The Federal Reserve Board of the United States ( OCC ) released a new regulatory framework on November 4th, emphasizing that when evaluating AI, one should consider its consequences, permissions, and human supervision, rather than just the technical complexity. The article points out that simple AI agents that can directly access bank transaction systems may pose greater financial risks than more complex models that are only used for internal writing and summarization.

Bitcoin rebounds after Democrats sweep midterms, but the crypto industry faces tougher resistance in Washington
Bitcoin rebounded to $78,354 on Wednesday from a six-week low, and Ethereum also rose. One of the reasons for this was that the Democrats won both houses of Congress in the U.S. midterms. However, this outcome may make it more difficult for the crypto industry to push for more favorable federal regulations, especially since the Clarity Act has previously encountered setbacks in the Senate.
