Global commercial robotics company Purdue Robotics ( Pudu Robotics ) held its first European Partners Summit in Amsterdam on Thursday, announcing that its global strategy has entered a new phase. The theme of the event was “ AI in Action : Scaling Impact Across Europe — Together ”. The company released its “ One Brain , Multiple Embodiments ” strategy for the first time and also showcased a complete product ecosystem covering six product lines for the first time.
Zhang Tao, founder and CEO of Purdue Robotics, stated: "The growth in the next phase depends not only on enhancing robot capabilities but also on making robots easier to deploy, more adaptable, and commercially viable on a larger scale. Through the ‘One Brain’, ‘Multiple Embodiments’ strategy, we are building a shared technical foundation across different forms of robots – from dedicated service robots to semi-humanoid and humanoid robots. By combining reusable AI capabilities with specialized hardware, we aim to accelerate innovation, improve R&D efficiency, and push robots into more real-world application scenarios."

Launches a robot product portfolio under the " One Brain , Multiple Embodiments " strategy
At the summit, Purdue Robotics showcased its complete product ecosystem, which encompasses six product lines: service delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial delivery, general-purpose embodiment AI, commercial mowing, and residential mowing. The residential mowing product line includes the PUDU TOMO S series, which is the company's first consumer-grade robot product and was released on November 3rd. The debut of this complete product ecosystem marks the company's expansion from indoor to outdoor applications, as well as from commercial to residential use cases.
Zhang Tao stated: 'Under the strategy of ‘One Brain, Multiple Embodiments’, we will continue to invest in foundational technologies, including hardware, operating systems, and embodied foundational models.'
The core of this strategy is a shared technical architecture designed to support different forms of robots. This architecture is built upon Purdue Robotics' own technologies, including the embodied base model PuduFM and the embodied AI intelligent agent platform PuduAgent OS. It enables the reuse of AI capabilities, software modules, and skills across different robot platforms, while ensuring that the hardware and motion control systems are optimized for specific tasks. By sharing underlying technologies among various robot forms, this strategy helps to shorten development and deployment cycles, reduce costs, facilitate the entry of robots into more industries, and make it easier for customers to adopt them.
Continued growth in European business: an average annual growth of 60%, covering more than 20 countries
The Purdue Robotics 2026 European Partners Summit is the company's first large-scale strategic branding event held in Europe. The company chose Amsterdam to announce its global “One Brain, Multiple Embodiments” strategy, reflecting that Europe is a key market for its next phase of strategic growth.
Purdue's robotics business covers more than 20 European countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Poland. The industries in Europe that the company serves include retail, catering, hospitality, healthcare, and transportation. Its clients include EDEKA, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Denner, Marriott, Van, der, Valk, Pizza Hut, and Intermarch, as well as Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
The company stated that this layout is accompanied by strong business growth. Over the past two years, Purdue Robotics' revenue in Europe has grown by more than 60% annually on average, reflecting its strong business momentum in that region.
Purdue Robotics is also strengthening its localization efforts to support continued expansion. On October 30th, the company announced the establishment of its European headquarters in Germany. This multi-functional regional hub integrates offices, exhibition halls, warehousing, training, sales, after-sales support, and maintenance services, enhancing the company's ability to provide localized support, improve service response times, and collaborate more closely with dealers and customers across Europe.
