币界网消息，俄罗斯政府已在2024年法令中将莫斯科及其他地区纳入禁令，禁止加密货币挖矿活动，禁令自2026年8月15日起生效，至2032年12月31日结束。该修正案还包括莫斯科地区及库尔斯克地区的一些领土。
