Michael Saylor：利用AI设计融资工具卖出150亿美元

币界网消息，Strategy创始人Michael Saylor在8月6日接受《The Diary of a CEO》频道采访时表示，他利用AI设计的融资工具累计卖出了约150亿美元。Saylor解释称，截至2025年初，Strategy持有约300亿美元比特币，但可转换债券的融资空间已接近极限，无法继续扩大。于是公司设计了由比特币支持的可转换优先股STRK，完成25亿美元IPO后又通过搁置注册出售80亿美元，加上另一项工具的40亿美元，最终累计卖出了约150亿美元的信用工具。
