Spark Protocol CEO：传统DAO存在投票拥堵与选民疲劳

币界网消息，Spark Protocol CEO Sam Macpherson表示，传统“扁平化”DAO容易陷入投票拥堵、选民疲劳和派系内耗，更有效的治理方式是由核心DAO制定规则，再将运营权限交给相互竞争的子DAO。作为Sky生态子DAO，Spark自2023年上线后已独立负责借贷、风险管理及资金部署，其部署资金规模在2025年达到36亿美元，并预计2026年超过50亿美元。
