According to CoinMeta, Bybit officially announced today the launch of Bybit AI, a conversational embedded intelligent assistant that integrates core functions such as trading and customer service. Users can perform common operations like smart trading, account management, and inquiries through a unified interface within Bybit and app. The co-founder of Bybit and CEO Ben Zhou will officially release Bybit AI via Bybit live streaming on September 9th at 8:00 AM UTC and conduct a live demonstration. This product replaces the previous fragmented user experience; users no longer need to switch between web pages, menus, and forms to find the necessary functions. Instead, they can simply state their needs in a conversational manner to complete a series of tasks ranging from checking asset balances, placing trades, to submitting customer service tickets. The first batch to go live will cover two core modules: the full-featured AI assistant and intelligent customer service. Once enabled, the system will create a dedicated Bybit AI sub-account for users, reducing potential AI risks in actual use. Bybit AI is an important part of Bybit's "new financial platform" strategic layout, marking a crucial step forward in the exchange's long-term approach of positioning conversational intelligence as a core infrastructure.
