Cloud infrastructure revenue surged by 93% to $5.8 billion, and order backlogs reached $638 billion, a year-on-year increase of 363%. Despite these positive key growth indicators, Oracle's stock price has fallen by 67% over the past year, currently at $156 per share, and it would need to rise by 121% to return to its historical high. The company had negative free cash flow of $23.7 billion in the fiscal year 2026 and plans to raise $40 billion through debt and equity refinancing in the fiscal year 2027.
